Hello, my name is Mike Pilarski and I am a residential designer
with over 18 years of experience in designing tract homes, custom homes, room additions, and remodels. Most of my career was spent under employment with industry leader Bassenian / Lagoni architects designing homes for the larger tract home builders such as Shea Homes, Lennar, Centex, William Lyon, and Pardee Homes to name a few. I also spent a number of years designing homes overseas in China and Dubai.
I have now developed my own design studios known as Flash Residential Designs of Orange County. I continue to design and produce construction documents for custom homes, room additions, and remodels for clients in Orange County and the local surrounding areas.
